You can respond directly from the notification — or open the app to reply there.

It was important to us to make the push button a bit firmer to prevent accidental alarms. If the button is difficult to operate with thumb pressure, you can alternatively press it against a hard surface, which makes it easier to handle.
No. You always need a connection between the SIRÈNE device and your smartphone. When you trigger an alert, your SIRÈNE device sends a signal to the SIRÈNE app on your phone. The app then sends a notification to your contacts and shares the location of your phone along with the fastest route to you.
Without internet access, your SIRÈNE device can still connect to your phone, but your location and contacts won't be accessible. Therefore, an internet connection is required to trigger an alert, inform your contacts, and send your location.
