Just like the manufacturer of your phone, we strongly recommend that you always run the latest version of your operating system for security reasons.
To use any future versions of the SIRÈNE app, you’ll need to have a phone that meets the following requirements:
Android
- Android 12 or later.
- Access to download the latest version of the SIRÈNE app from Google Play Store.
iOS
- iOS 16 or later.
- Access to download the latest version of the SIRÈNE app from App Store.
Why can't I download or update the SIRÈNE App?
Your Android or iOS version is outdated:
The SIRÈNE app requires a relatively recent version of Android or iOS to function properly. While we’d love to support all phones indefinitely, keeping up with the latest technology allows us to offer the best possible experience.
- We continuously update the app to ensure better performance, improved security, and access to the latest features.
- Therefore, phones running older or different operating systems than mentioned above may not meet the necessary system requirements.
- If possible, update your phone to the latest version of Android or iOS for the best experience.
- We currently only support phones with operating systems mentioned above. For other devices and operating systems, we cannot guarantee functionality and therefore do not offer official support.
Your phone doesn't support Google Services:
Some Android phones, such as newer Huawei models or devices purchased in certain regions, do not support Google Mobile Services. This may prevent access to the Google Play Store and apps that rely on it.
- If your phone does not come with the Play Store, YouTube, or Gmail pre-installed, it likely does not support Google Services.
- You can also check your settings: Apps - see all apps - for "Google Play Services." If it is missing, your phone lacks Google Mobile Services support.
What does this mean?
- If you already have the SIRÈNE app installed, it may still function, but some features might not work properly and we cannot guarantee full support.
- If you do not have the app, you won't be able to install or update it through the Play Store.
