How can I become a contact person?

What are the requirements for becoming a contact person?

If you want to be added as a contact person, you’ll need to create an account in the SIRÈNE app.

The app is free to use and available for:

1. iOS 16 or later
2. Android 12 or later

You must be at least 16 years old to register.

Download the app & create an account

1. Download the free SIRÈNE app from the App Store HERE or Google Play Store HERE.
2. Sign up with your details - name, email address, gender, and date of birth.
3. Confirm your account using the activation code sent to your email.

Become someone's contact person

Once you have created your account, a SIRÈNE user can add you as their contact person by entering your ID code in the app.

You can also add someone else as your contact. Here’s how:

1. Open the SIRÈNE app.
2. Go to Contacts at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Add Contact and enter their ID code.
4. Your own ID code is also visible on this screen.

Can I remove myself as a contact?

If you no longer wish to be listed as a contact person for someone, go to Contacts in the SIRÈNE app. Swipe the bar with the name of the contact you want to remove to the left, and confirm the action by tapping the dustbin icon.
