No warnings? That's frustrating - but we are here to help!
- Make sure your phone settings are correct and that your CO-DRIVER is constantly connected to your phone so it can send you alerts. Find an overview of the required phone settings HERE and make sure location permission is set to ALWAYS.
- To receive all warnings, ensure that the battery save mode is turned off on your phone. When enabled on, we can't guarantee that all alerts will come through.
- In your OOONO app, tap the (=) Icon on the right, go to Device Settings and check if your warning types are enabled. Make sure to adjust the volume, and test the warning sound. More information can be found in our article HERE
- Log out of your profile and log back in. You can find the Sign Out function by clicking on the (=) icon on the right side of the app and then selecting your Profile Icon in the top right corner.
- If you still do not receive any warnings, delete the app and reinstall it. You will need to re-connect your CO-DRIVER in the app and go through the installation process again.
To ensure your CO-DRIVER connects automatically when you get in your car and provides real-time alerts, set location permission to Always. Don't worry, we only use your location when you're connected to your CO-DRIVER and for live traffic updates.
- Check that the "Do Not Disturb" mode is disabled in your phone settings.
- Log out of the OOONO app and log back in.
- Go into the OOONO app, click on the (=) icon on the right side of the app. Here, go to Device Settings, select the warning type and set the volume for each warning to Loud. Below the volume level, you can use the Test option to hear the sound of your CO-DRIVER.
- A weak or low sound may also indicate that the battery is running low. Ensure your CO-DRIVER NO2 is fully charged by letting it charge for at least 3 hours.
- Are you sharing your OOONO account? In this case both log out of the app, then only one should log back in, adjust settings and do another sound test. Did it work? Great! You can still share the CO-DRIVER. Just get your own account, and you're good to go!
You can also play the warning sounds through your car speakers if you'd like! Good, right? Just move on to the next question for that.
- Want to receive alerts through your car too? No problem! Simply connect your phone to your car via Bluetooth and make sure that warning sounds via phone are enabled in the OOONO app.
- Then, switch your car's audio source from the radio to Bluetooth.
- To hear the alerts through your speakers, you need to play something else from your phone over Bluetooth at the same time – like music or a podcast. If you still want to listen to the radio while receiving alerts, we recommend downloading a radio app on your phone.
-
You're using CarPlay or Android Auto? No problem! Just make sure your phone is connected to CarPlay / Android Auto and switch to that media source.
