CO-DRIVER NO2 & CO-DRIVER NO2 PLUS
If you have an issue with establishing a connection to your CO-DRIVER, there are a few tricks that might help your CO-DRIVER to connect properly.
- Before trying them, check if you’ve enabled the recommended settings on your phone to ensure your CO-DRIVER works smoothly. You can find the overview of the required phone settings HERE.
- Try giving your CO-DRIVER a gentle shake and pressing and holding down the top button – that often gets the connection working again.
- Make sure your CO-DRIVER has enough battery. Plug it into the USB-C cable at home for at least 3 hours. It will briefly light up green when you plug it into the charging cable. If it no longer turns on because the battery is completely drained, just leave it connected to the cable for at least 3 hours and then turn it back on.

iOS Troubleshooting
Disable/Enable Bluetooth (iOS)
- Go to Settings on your phone.
- Select Bluetooth.
- Disable and enable it again.
Close and open the app (iOS)
- Swipe up, hold and let go.
- Swipe left or right to navigate to the OOONO app.
- Press and swipe up, once the OOONO app is shown on the screen.
Restart your phone (iOS)
- Press and hold the top volume button and the power button in at the same time.
- Slide the Button Slide to power off.
Remove and install the app (iOS)
- Locate the OOONO app. Press and hold the app icon and select Delete app.
- Go to App Store.
- Type OOONO in the search field.
- Select Install and wait for the installation to finalize.
Android Troubleshooting

- Press and hold the screen lock button.
- Select the Restart button on the screen.
Remove and install the app (Android)
- Locate the OOONO app. Press and hold the app icon and select Delete app.
- Go to Google Play Store.
- Type OOONO in the search field.
- Select Install and wait for the installation to finalize.
Clear app data cache (Android)
- Go to Settings on your phone.
- Select Apps.
- Select OOONO.
- Select Storage.
- Select Clear data cache.
Power Cycle the CO-DRIVER NO2

- Press and hold the top-button for 3 seconds until you get a red LED feedback.
- Wait for 10 seconds.
- Press and hold the top-button for 3 seconds until you get a green LED feedback.
- Make sure your phone settings are correct and battery save mode is turned off on your phone to ensure a stable connection. You find an overview of all required phone settings HERE
- Also, check if your CO-DRIVER NO2 needs to be charged.
- If you've placed the CO-DRIVER further away in the car, like in the glove compartment, try moving it closer to your phone to see if the connection is more stable.
Make sure your phone settings are correct and battery save mode is turned off on your phone to ensure a stable connection. You find an overview of all required phone settings HERE.
To ensure your CO-DRIVER connects automatically when you get in your car and provides real-time alerts, set location permission to Always. Don't worry, we only use your location when you're connected to your CO-DRIVER and for live traffic updates.
For Android Users:
We recommend enabling the Autostart function to guarantee automatic connection. The setup may differ slightly based on your phone model - here are some examples:
- Xiaomi: Settings - Apps Permissions - Background autostart - Select the OOONO app from the list and enable it
- Samsung: Settings - Battery - Background usage limits - Disable “Put unused apps to sleep”
- Google Pixel: Settings - Apps - OOONO - Mobile data & Wi-Fi - Background data or alternatively: Settings - Apps - OOONO - Tap “Advanced” - Look for Autostart
- OnePlus: Settings - Apps - Tap the gear icon in the top right corner - Scroll all the way down to “App Auto-Launch” - Select the OOONO app from the list and enable it
- CUBOT: Settings - Apps & Notifications (or App Management) - Manage Apps (or Permissions) - Autostart Management (or Start Manager/Auto-start) - Select the OOONO app from the list - Enable Autostart
Your CO-DRIVER will always connect to the phone that establishes a Bluetooth connection the fastest. Of course, this only happens if the device is registered in the OOONO app on the other phones. This means that your CO-DRIVER might connect to another phone nearby.
You can avoid this by asking the other users to disable their Bluetooth mode until you have established your own connection.
Pretty easy: Your CO-DRIVER blinks green every 4 seconds when it is successfully connected to your phone.
If unsure, you can also open the OOONO app and tap the (=) icon on the right. Here you can see if the CO-DRIVER is connected to your phone.
The green blinking shows that your CO-DRIVER is successfully connected to your phone. You can however turn it off.
- Open the OOONO app and tap the (=) icon on the right.
- Select Device Settings under your CO-DRIVER's image.
- Scroll to Green Status Blink and disable the function.
CO-DRIVER NO1

Troubleshooting the CO-DRIVER NO1
Reset the CO-DRIVER NO1
- Remove the battery from the CO-DRIVER NO1.
- Press the button for 10 seconds.
- Insert battery back into the CO-DRIVER NO1 with the flat side facing outwards.
- Press the button for around 10-15 seconds.
Replace the battery in the CO-DRIVER NO1
- Remove the back cover.
- Push with your finger or an object on the lower side of the battery to eject it.
- Insert the new battery into the battery compartment.

- Also, check if your CO-DRIVER NO1 might need a new battery.
