Something not working quite right with your OOONO App? No worries, we've got you.
Whether you’re experiencing unexpected battery drain, having trouble logging into your account, or just looking for answers to common questions about the OOONO app - this is your go-to guide.
- Check your spam or promotions folder: Sometimes, your login code email might land there by mistake. Search for "OOONO" or "login code" in your email app.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address: A small typo can block the code from reaching you. Try again and double-check your email before confirming.
- Wait a few minutes and try resending the code: Delivery can take a couple of minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, try again and double-check your email before confirming.
- Check if your inbox is full or restricted: Some inboxes block new emails if they’re full or have strict filters. If you suspect this, free up space or check with your email provider.
- Use a different email address (for new users): If nothing works, try a different email-address. Some email providers block auto-generated codes by default.

This message can appear when you log into the OOONO app — even on your usual phone.
Here’s why:
For security reasons, the app checks if your email is already active on another device. That means this can happen if:
- You reinstall the app
- You log out and log in again
- Someone else logs into your account from a different phone
Using the same OOONO account on two different phones won’t work.
You’ll be automatically logged out from one device each time you log in on the other — and prompted to sign in again. This can lead to confusion or repeated logouts.
To continue, just tap Continue and sign in here — and you’re good to go.
There’s no risk of data loss or error — this is simply how the app ensures your account stays secure.

The OOONO App automatically uses your phone’s language. If you change your phone’s language, don’t forget to also select the correct country — this makes sure you get the right speed limits, warnings, and other local info in the app.
On iOS
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Scroll down and find OOONO in the list of apps.
- Tap it and choose your preferred language from the list.
On Android
Change the default language and country setting in your phone’s main settings — the OOONO App will follow automatically.
Want to switch your OOONO App from kilometers to miles? Here’s how it works: The measurement system in the app follows your phone’s language and region settings. To switch between kilometers and miles, you’ll need to update these settings on your device:
On iOS
- Open your phone’s settings and go to General or General Management.
- Go to Language & Region or just Language.
- Choose as Region a country that uses your preferred measurement system (e.g., United Kingdom for miles, and most European countries for kilometers).
On Android
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Scroll down and select System or General Management
- Tap on Languages & Region or just Language
- Choose as preferred language English, followed by a region that uses the metric system (e.g. English (Denmark) or English (Germany). If you choose English (United Kingdom) or English (USA), the app will display miles instead of kilometers.
