If your CO-DRIVER isn’t responding at all, the battery seems to run out too quickly, or you just have questions about battery life, we’ve gathered everything you need to know right here.

CO-DRIVER NO2 & CO-DRIVER NO2 PLUS
- Charge your CO-DRIVER for at least 3 hours using the provided USB-C cable and make sure power is running through it.
- Try a different USB-C cable.
- Press the dismiss-button on the top of your CO-DRIVER for about 10–15 seconds. Wait 10 seconds, then hold down the top button again for 10–15 seconds while shaking it until the CO-DRIVER lights up green.

- Your CO-DRIVER will notify you when its battery is low. The device will blink red in the lower half, every time you start a new trip.
- In your OOONO app, you can also see a small battery icon above your CO-DRIVER's photo, so you always know how much power is left.
- Additionally, you’ll receive a notification indicating that your device’s battery is low and should be charged soon.
- Don’t want to wait for your CO-DRIVER to talk to you? We’re happy to give you an approximate time estimate so you can plan ahead! Your CO-DRIVER will require a break about once a month for at least three hours with our USB-C charging cable.
- If your CO-DRIVER was previously turned on by pressing the top button for 5–7 seconds, it will briefly light up green when you plug it into the charging cable.
- If it no longer turns on because the battery is completely drained, just leave it connected to the cable for at least 3 hours and then turn it back on.
The battery life of your CO-DRIVER should last about a month, if you are a busy one maybe a bit less.

Hm, it shouldn't be this way. Please make sure to use the original OOONO cable for charging.

We recommend using the original OOONO cable included in the package. But hey, if that's not available, most other USB-C cables should work just fine too.

No, the CO-DRIVER does not have a tracking function. We recommend securely attaching the device to your car using the provided magnetic mount or our MOUNT, to ensure it doesn't get lost.
CO-DRIVER NO1
Your CO-DRIVER won't turn on and shows no LED or sound? Please try the following:
Reset the CO-DRIVER NO1
- Remove the battery from the CO-DRIVER NO1.
- Press the button for 10 seconds.
- Reinsert the battery in the CO-DRIVER NO1.
- Press the button for up to 20 seconds while shaking it to turn it on. Once it lights up green, you can let go.
Replace the battery in the CO-DRIVER NO1
- Remove the back cover.
- Push with your finger or an object on the lower side of the battery to eject it.
- Insert the new battery into the battery compartment.

- Your CO-DRIVER NO1 will blink green with a sound every 4 seconds when it is time for a battery replacement.
- Additionally, you’ll receive a notification indicating that your device’s battery is low and should be replaced soon.

If your CO-DRIVER NO1 blinks green every 4 seconds and emits a sound, it's time to change the battery. Your CO-DRIVER NO1 uses a lithium battery CR2450 3V. Batteries are available in our shop HERE
It’s easy replacing the battery in your CO-DRIVER. Simply do the following:
- Remove the back cover.
- Push with your finger or an object on the lower side of the battery to eject it.
- Insert the new battery in to the battery compartment.
(Ensure the flat side of the battery is facing towards you)
The battery typically lasts between 10 and 12 months, depending on how frequently you use the device. Cold weather can affect the battery a bit, but once your car warms up, everything should work just fine again.
If your CO-DRIVER NO1 is without light and sound after a battery replacement, it could be that the new battery is not recognized by the CO-DRIVER NO1. In that case, we suggest you perform a reset of the device, to ensure the new battery is recognized.
Here is a guide on how to do so:
- Remove the battery from the CO-DRIVER NO1.
- Press the button for 10 seconds.
- Reinsert the battery in the CO-DRIVER NO1 (ensure the flat side of the battery is facing towards you).
- Press the button for 10 seconds.
- Your CO-DRIVER NO1 will show a green light indication.
The first time after resetting your CO-DRIVER NO1, it may not connect automatically. To manually connect your CO-DRIVER NO1, open the OOONO app and press the button of your CO-DRIVER for 7 seconds.
The battery life of your CO-DRIVER NO1 should last around 10–12 months, if you are a busy one maybe a bit less.
