Once you've set up your device, it's time to find the right spot for it in your car. Mounting works a bit differently depending on whether you have the CO-DRIVER NO1, NO2 or NO2 PLUS.

What are the two magnets on the device for?
The built-in magnets allow you to mount your CO-DRIVER easily and flexibly in your car – exactly where it works best for you. They keep the device securely in place while driving.
Where can I find the magnets?
The two adhesive magnets are already attached to the back of your CO-DRIVER. You'll recognize them by the red protective film.
Only remove the red protective film once you have found a spot for your CO-DRIVER. Once attached, the metal parts cannot be moved anymore. If you wish to remove the magnets, we recommend using a thin, stiff, blunt tool to carefully wedge between the mounting surface and the magnetic base until the magnet lifts enough for you to grasp it with your fingers.
Each magnet can hold 1 kilogram, meaning that with two magnets, the CO-DRIVER NO2 has a total holding force of 2 kilograms. For reference, the CO-DRIVER NO2 itself weighs only 28 grams, the CO-DRIVER NO2 PLUS weights 30 grams.
How do I mount my CO-DRIVER NO2 or CO-DRIVER NO2 PLUS using the magnets?
- To ensure the adhesive works as intended, the firm and smooth surface must be thoroughly cleaned and completely dry before applying the steel plate. Additionally, the surface should not be too cold. A temperature of about 15°C is ideal.
- Only remove the red protective film from the magnets once you have found the perfect spot. Once the adhesive touches the surface, the magnets cannot be moved anymore.
- Press the magnets along with the CO-DRIVER onto the chosen surface for at least 30–60 seconds. Skipping this step may prevent the adhesive from bonding properly, compromising the device’s ability to stay securely in place.
- The magnets will now securely hold your CO-DRIVER in place. You can easily remove the device at any time, while the magnets remain in their place.
How do I mount my CO-DRIVER NO2 or CO-DRIVER NO2 PLUS using the MOUNT?

Your package includes two magnetic metal plates. For the CO-DRIVER NO2, use the smaller metal plate.
Attaching the CO-DRIVER:
- Stick the CO-DRIVER directly onto the smaller magnetic plate using the adhesive pads.
- Press the metal plate firmly against the CO-DRIVER for about 20 seconds.
- The metal plate is now firmly attached to your CO-DRIVER.
Simply attach the MOUNT to the air vents in your car. The CO-DRIVER will remain securely in place even during driving.
How do I mount my CO-DRIVER NO2 PLUS using the MOUNT NO2?
Your CO-DRIVER NO2 PLUS comes with the MOUNT NO2, which allows you to easily attach the device to your car’s sun visor.
Here’s how to set it up:
- Remove the protective film from the adhesive strips on the magnets.
- Make sure the magnets are attached to the back of the CO-DRIVER and press it onto the MOUNT.
- Clip the MOUNT (with the device attached) to your sun visor.
Thanks to the adhesive magnets, you can easily detach the device to charge it — and just as easily click it back into place when you're ready to go.

The device has adhesive strips on the back which can be used to attach the CO-DRIVER to wherever it is convenient for you in the car.
