Before you start

  1. Before installation, make sure the inside of your windscreen is clean and completely dry. For optimal adhesion, the windscreen surface itself should ideally be at least 15°C at the time of installation. 

    If it is cold outside, we recommend warming up the vehicle from the inside beforehand (for example by turning on the heating) so that the glass reaches a suitable temperature. This helps ensure proper bonding and long-term adhesion.

 

How to mount

  1. Leave the magnets attached to the P-DISC, and remove the protective foil from the magnets, exposing the adhesive.
  2. With the magnets still attached to the P-DISC, press it firmly against the windscreen. We recommend holding it in place for 30–60 seconds so the adhesive can properly set, which significantly improves long-term adhesion.
  3. If you need to adjust the settings of the P-DISC, replace the batteries, clean the windscreen, or anything similar, the P-DISC can easily be removed and put back in place thanks to the magnetic mounts.

 

Legal requirements

  1. Due to legal requirements, your P-DISC needs to be placed in the bottom right corner of your windscreen (opposite side of the driver’s seat).

 

Magnet compatibility

  1. The P-DISC NO1 uses a different type of magnets compared to P-DISC NO2 and NO3.
  2. The P-DISC NO2 and NO3 use the same type of magnets. However, the distance between the magnets is different on each model. This means you can’t reuse the same magnets across different models if they’re already installed on your windscreen.
