Your OOONO P-DISC is built for simplicity and compliance - but like all parking discs, it’s important to use it exactly as required by local law. This guide covers what you need to know before installing and using your device.

General rules to keep in mind
Use it only where it’s approved
- The OOONO P-DISC is approved for use in specific countries. Local parking rules can vary — not just by country, but sometimes by region. So always check the local requirements when travelling.
Only one parking disc per car
- You’re only allowed to display one parking disc at a time.
- Before installing your P-DISC, make sure to remove any existing parking disc from your windshield.
Mounting matters
- The P-DISC must be installed in the bottom right corner of your windscreen (opposite side of the driver’s seat).
- If it’s not mounted properly (e.g., just lying on the dash), you risk getting fined even if the parking time is set correctly.
User responsibility
- It’s the user’s responsibility to ensure the parking time is set correctly.
- We encourage you to check the parking time every once in a while.
- Check the battery level regularly and replace the batteries if needed.
- You can read more about when to change the battery of the P-DISC HERE.
Country-specific P-DISC approvals: What you need to know
Germany
For a P-DISC to be legal in Germany, it must have:
- A blue “P” symbol on the front,
- The printed word Ankunftszeit (arrival time),
- i.e. E1 10R-06 9980.00; scroll down for specific approval numbers.
Important!
These symbols confirm that the device meets the German Straßenverkehrsordnung (StVO) standards for parking discs.
Denmark
The Danish version of the P-DISC has its own set of legal requirements:
- It must carry a local approval number, such as FS54 for OOONO P-DISC No2
- You’ll see a “P” symbol on the left side of the displayed arrival time
- The German “E1” version is not legal in Denmark, and vice versa.
… we added some pictures for you to see the different versions of our P-DISCs down below.
Other Countries
Outside of Germany and Denmark, the P-DISC is not officially approved for local use.
If you’re unsure whether you can use one in your country, we recommend checking with your local traffic authority or reviewing local parking regulations — as requirements can vary widely.
