OOONO Mileage BookDrive. We'll handle the rest.
Automatic trip logging built right into the OOONO app. No extra hardware. No manual entry. Just drive.
What is the Mileage Book?
The Mileage Book is a new feature inside the OOONO app that helps you log, categorize, and export your trips — so you can hand them to your employer for mileage or travel expense reimbursement.
It works together with your CO-DRIVER. Once automatic logging is on and your CO-DRIVER is connected to the app, your trips are recorded automatically as you drive — no extra hardware, no manual stopwatch, no remembering. You can also add trips by hand whenever you like, label each one, and export a clean report straight from the app.
The Mileage Book is a paid subscription feature, available as a monthly or annual plan. It is currently available only for German users.
What is it used for?
The Mileage Book is built for one main job: helping employees who drive their private car for work keep track of those trips and submit them to their employer for reimbursement. Every trip you log can be labeled so it's clear what kind of journey it was:
Private
Personal trips that aren't related to work. Logged for your own overview.
Commute
Your regular trips between home and your workplace.
Business
Work-related trips you want to submit to your employer for mileage or travel expenses.
How it works
Getting started is effortless — there's nothing to set up and no extra hardware to install.
-
1
Find the Mileage Book

Privacy & data security
Your location data is sensitive. Unlike some other apps that track your location constantly in the background, the OOONO Mileage Book only accesses your location while a trip is actually in progress.
Location only during trips
Your location is only accessed while you're driving. The moment your trip ends, tracking stops.
No constant background tracking
We don't monitor your location around the clock in the background, unlike some other logbook apps.
Stored securely
Your trip data is stored securely in your OOONO account. It's always there when you need it.
No selling of your data
Your driving data belongs to you alone. It is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
For a full overview of what data is collected, why, and how it is stored, see our Privacy Policy.

All prices include VAT. Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled at any time from within the OOONO app or by contacting our support.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. The Mileage Book works with your existing CO-DRIVER (CO-DRIVER NO1 or CO-DRIVER NO2), which helps detect when your trips start and end. If you don't yet have a CO-DRIVER, you can get one from the OOONO website or any authorized retailer.
You can export your trips as a PDF report. Choose your period and categories, and the report is sent to your email — ready to forward to your employer.
The Mileage Book is currently available only for German users. The feature itself works anywhere, though — so your trips are still logged when you drive abroad, for example from Germany to the Netherlands and back.
Yes. You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time in your OOONO profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your trip data is stored securely in your OOONO account. It is never sold or shared with third parties, and location tracking only happens during active trips — not in the background.
