I’m experiencing connectivity issues
- Make sure all required phone settings (Bluetooth, location access, notifications) are enabled. Have a look at: which phone settings do I need to enable for the app?
- Check that you are using the latest version of the app.
- Make sure Bluetooth on your phone is always activated. This is the main requirement for maintaining a stable connection.
- Try to reset your device: To reset your Sirène, simply plug it in the Sirène charger and unplug again afterwards.
- Restart the Sirène app: Close the app completely, also in the background, and then open it again.
- Reinstall the Sirène app: Delete the app from your phone and then download and install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store.

I’m unable to add a contact
- Confirm that both you and your contact are using the latest app version.
- Try reinstalling the app.
- Ask your contact to try adding you instead.

My contact is not receiving alerts
- Make sure both you and your contact have updated to the latest app version.
- Confirm that your contact has accepted your invitation within the app.
