If your OOONO Product isn’t working like it should, the Warranty section is the place to be. This section explains what’s covered, how long it takes, and what to do step by step – so you’re never left in the dark.
If your product has a defect, we are happy to check whether we can fix it. To make a warranty claim, please contact us via contact on our website. Provide us with a description of the defect, the more details about what is not working, the better!
Our warranty applies for 2 years from the date of your purchase. To process a warranty claim, we need a valid proof of purchase, for example the original invoice or receipt. This document is essential so we can confirm when and where the product was purchased, and whether it is still covered by warranty.
You're covered for 2 years against non-fixable defects.
If we confirm a defect after our inspection, we'll replace your item with a shiny new one. However, if you have ordered on our website within the last 14 days, you can opt for a refund instead.
If you believe your product is defective, we’re here to help! Just reach out to us via contact on our website and give us a detailed description of the defect. The more details, the better! If a defect is suspected, we will then send you a free shipping label to return the product for inspection. Once we receive it, our team will have a close look and either repair it or send you a replacement if the defect is confirmed.
Return labels are valid for 4 weeks.
If you’re unable to use the label within that time (for example, if you’re on vacation), please contact us. We can create a new label for you, as long as the product is still under warranty.
Please note: if you’d like to return your order for a refund, the product must be sent back within 14 days of receiving it.

The process usually takes 7-11 business days from the time we receive your item. In most cases it will be faster, while some cases can also have longer handling times.
