- In Germany, home delivery is prioritized, with the option for delivery to a neighbor. You can also modify the delivery location using the tracking link.
- In Denmark, we always deliver to post boxes.

In case you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate the case with our warehouse. You will then receive further information from us.

If the delivery address was correct, but nobody was available to receive the delivery, your parcel may be stored at a parcel shop for 7-10 days. You'll receive a notification from the courier with details on where to pick it up. Please ensure to retrieve your parcel within the specified timeframe. If it's not collected in time, it will be returned to us.
If you have received a notification that your package has been sent back to us, please contact us, and we'll check the status of your parcel.
