Unfortunately, not. Once your order is placed, it is locked in our system and can’t be cancelled or changed. If you wish to cancel the order, please reject the delivery or don't pick up the package. It will be returned to us, and we will contact you for further instructions. We can then create a new order or issue a refund.

Easy-peasy: You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping e-mail. This will be sent to you after the order confirmation e-mail, the moment your parcel has been picked up from the courier. Please contact us only if the tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered, and you haven't received it.
