The OOONO app requires a relatively recent version of Android or iOS to function properly. While we'd love to support all phones indefinitely, keeping up with the latest technology allows us to offer the best possible experience.

• We continuously update the app to ensure better performance, improved security, and access to the latest features.
• Phones running older operating systems than mentioned above may not meet the necessary system requirements.
• If possible, update your phone to the latest version of Android or iOS for the best experience.
• We currently only support phones with the operating systems mentioned above. For other devices, we cannot guarantee functionality and do not offer official support.

Some Android phones — such as newer Huawei models or devices purchased in certain regions — do not support Google Mobile Services. This may prevent access to the Google Play Store and apps that rely on it.

• If your phone does not come with the Play Store, YouTube, or Gmail pre-installed, it likely does not support Google Services.
• You can check in Settings → Apps → See all apps → search for "Google Play Services." If it's missing, your phone lacks Google Mobile Services support.

What does this mean?

• If you already have the OOONO app installed, it may still function, but some features might not work properly and we cannot guarantee full support.
• If you don't have the app yet, you won't be able to install or update it through the Play Store.
